Following Armstrong’s Tweet, India’s cryptocurrency body says there is no challenge to contempt of court against RBI

Procedurally, legal sources say that a contempt of court challenge is technically best filed by the original applicant in the Supreme Court, which in this case would be the IAMAI. If it is not the original applicant, then the individual subject seeking to file a contempt of court action must first be proven to be the injured party in the case. This in itself is a tricky procedural hurdle.
