OutSystems, a specialist in high-performance application development, found out Sodexo Engage implemented its platform to provide a robust and secure fully managed service for its public sector clients in just 12 weeks.

The future-proof platform enables Sodexo Engage’s public sector customers to offer both eVouchers and Bulk Voucher Checks to their employees via desktop and mobile devices, as well as the ability to process large volumes of vouchers. It also removes the need for time-consuming manual workarounds that were previously required. In addition, the platform is optimized for cybersecurity compliance and meets all accessibility regulations of public sector bodies.

With tight integration with Sodexo Engage’s own systems, including its CRM, payment gateways and helpdesk, the new platform also connects directly with aggregators used to purchase vouchers. This helps improve processes, increases efficiency and simplifies the entire process for customers and end users.
